The tonkor is a fun weapon to build. Point Strike, Vital Sense, Split Chamber, Serration, and two 90% mods, and from there you really should tailor it to your mission. If you're still not killing things, toss on more damage. Need to kill a lot of things, then go magazine warp and firestorm.
